1. How long does shipping take to my studio?
We know timing is critical for your client sessions. We partner with premium international logistics to ensure safe and trackable delivery. Standard processing and transit time to the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia is 10-14 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package.
2. Are the materials safe for sensitive newborn skin?
Absolutely. At KOOUOO, safety and comfort are our top priorities. All our wraps, rompers, and fabrics are carefully selected to be ultra-soft, breathable, and hypoallergenic (Baby Safe). We only use materials that we would trust on our own babies.
3. How should I wash and care for my KOOUOO props?
To maintain the texture and longevity of your props for your client closet:
- Wraps & Knits: Hand wash in cold water with a mild, baby-safe detergent. Lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry.
- Faux Fur & Flokati: Spot clean or gently hand wash. Shake out and lay flat to dry. Use a soft bristle brush to gently detangle the fur once fully dry.
4. Do you offer studio/wholesale discounts for bulk purchases?
Yes! We love partnering with growing photography studios. If you are looking to revamp your entire client closet and purchase 10 or more items, please contact our support team at newbornfotobybelle@gmail.com for a custom studio invoice.
5. Will the colors match exactly what I see on my screen?
We do our absolute best to photograph our props in natural, accurate lighting. However, please note that different studio strobes, continuous lighting setups, and your personal editing presets (Lightroom/ACR) may slightly alter the final appearance of the color in your gallery.
6. Can these outfits be used for everyday baby wear?
No. All KOOUOO items are exclusively designed as photography props only. They are not intended for everyday wear or sleepwear. Always supervise the baby at all times while using our products during a photo session.
